Mike Smith
Chief Executive OfficerMike held senior roles in retail, before making the transition to Healthcare, where he has spent the last 17 years in various senior leadership roles. Most recently he led a turnaround of a medium size care provider, and before that he held senior director and board level positions with other providers in the sector.

Chief Financial OfficerPeter Weller brings extensive experience in the care sector, having held senior financial leadership roles supporting regulated care providers. As Chief Financial Officer at Aurem Care, he provides strong oversight of financial governance, sustainability, and reporting, with a clear understanding of the funding and cost pressures within care services.

Head of QualityWith over 18 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Laura has dedicated her career to driving quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and safeguarding within care services.
